a light weight, not lanky, not built; but just perfect for me.
a perfect smile, beautiful teeth, with oh-so-pretty wings.
a man within a man. he`s spoiled rotten.
waited on by foot & by hand.
you & i, we got a special bond together.
from the sunniest days, through the coldest weather.
& sometimes it gets as hard as coconut shells
but even if you dragged me through hell;
i wouldn't dare tell the world of your dreams of being the perfect man;
i cant see it though; because even though you try
i still see the battle that cries out of your soul.
the solider within you is the man that leaps outward.
but the love you hold within you, has yet to spring forward.
& i know sometimes, my love wont make sense
but as long as you know, that my love does exist
then we wont have to miss out on the love war.
boy i`ll walk through the coldest war, & fight the battle,
bullet by bullet, just so we can pull it through,
& just like my lieutenant, you`ll salute me,
share love that pollutes me,
